Guide For Europe	Site includes lots of tips for backpacking around Europe on a budget
Bootsnall	Resource for independent travelers. I used it a lot for travel in Africa.
Travel Independent	Great site with everything in detail for traveling independently on a budget. Practical and realistic information which I would have written if I had done it first

Rick Steves	Good Europe information with an excellent directory of Europe resources on accommodation, transportation, culture and much more. The site has some commerical aspects and is directed more to the middle of the road traveler, but I really like what Rick has done to convince people to travel independently
Euro Traveler	Great site for indpendent travel in Europe
Travelzine	You got to love this site. Non commerical and great tips about travel by people who love to travel. (Europe focus)
